Welcome to Petbnb!. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
### **Introduction**
Petbnb! provides a platform for pet boarding and walker services. The App connects pet owners with host for
the purpose of arranging a pet stay or walk service. Petbnb! acts solely as an intermediary
and does not employ, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Host or Pet Owners.
### 1. **User Responsibilities**
As a User, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including medical history, behavioral issues, and special needs.
- Ensure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
- Communicate clearly with Host about your pet's needs and expectations.
- Accept full responsibility for any harm caused by your pet to a Host, another pet, or property.

### 2. **Host Responsibilities**
As a Host, is a user providing services on Petbnb!. As a host you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your experience, qualifications, and availability.
- Treat all pets with care, respect, and professionalism.
- Follow the instructions provided by the User regarding the pet's care.
- Accept full responsibility for any harm caused by your
negligence or misconduct.
### 3. **No Warranty**
The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Petbnb! does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any Host or the services they provide. Use of the App is at your own risk.
### 4. **Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Petbnb!, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the App.
- Your pet's actions or behavior.
- Any interactions between you and a Host or another User.
- Any breach of these Terms.
### 5. **Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petbnb! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to
the App or its services.

### 6. **No Liability for Pet Care Services**
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Petbnb! is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Host or Owner.
- Petbnb! does not provide pet care services and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm to pets, Users, Host, or third parties arising from the use of the App or the services provided by Host.
- Users are solely responsible for selecting a Host and verifying their qualifications, experience, and suitability for their pet's
needs.
- Host are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Petbnb!. As such, Petbnb! is not liable for any acts or omissions by Host. Petbnb! will however keep information / documentation of incidents to report to authorities if need.
### 7. **Third-Party Services**
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Petbnb! is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own
risk.

### 8. **Termination**
Petbnb! reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

### 9. **Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
### 10. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**
Users may cancel a booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service will not be eligible for a refund.
### 11. **Changes to Terms**
Petbnb! reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
